Country Hills Church
seeks to provide care and support as well as educational experiences for the congregation and community.
Pastor Henry Runhart serves as Pastor of Follow-up and Care. Henry does a great deal of hospital, home and retirement lodge visitation, bringing a friendly greeting, a word of comfort or counsel, and personal prayer to those in need of encouragement.
Benevolent Fund
There is a Benevolent Fund designed to provide responsible financial assistance to families and individuals in need. Compassion provides special assistance via the Waterloo Region Food Bank Depot located at the Church. We're glad to be of practical assistance to those who are truly in need.
The Prayer Chain
The Prayer Chain helps to enlist the intercession of God's people in regard to critical needs - healing, financial needs, spiritual concerns, etc. Targeted at emergency situations, our people will be praying for your request. Judith Gooding or Susan Thomson head up this important ministry. During office hours, requests can be directed through the church office.
